INFORMATION SHEET IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF LAW NO. 196/03

In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we INFORM that Parc Hotel Tyrol processes the personal data of clients and suppliers, as well as of individuals who voluntarily communicate their personal details to us (by telephone, fax, or email).

Parc Hotel Tyrol guarantees, within the framework of legal provisions, that the processing of personal data is carried out respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the persons concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to protection of personal data.

Purposes and methods of data processing:

  • Compliance with legal obligations, obligations from regulations, community standards, as well as civil and tax laws.
  • Fulfillment of any contractual obligations to the interested party.
  • Performance of activities connected with the business activity of our agency such as compiling internal statistics, billing, and managing the customer-supplier accounting.
  • Commercial purposes such as sending business information and promotional material (by post, fax, and email), marketing, and market research.
  • Protection of credit positions and management of liabilities.

In relation to the above purposes, your personal data will be communicated, if necessary, to:

  • Public administrations and authorities if this is required by law to credit institutions with which our company maintains relationships for the management of credits/debts and financial intermediation.
  • To all those physical and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative, and tax consultancy offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) when the communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activity as well as in the ways mentioned above with the corresponding purposes.

The personal data processed by our agency will not be disseminated.

Processing methods:
The data processing can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic, in any case, automated means and includes all the operations provided for by Art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a, of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, and necessary for the processing in question. In any case, the processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures that guarantee its security and confidentiality.

Rights of the interested party:
The personal data protection law grants interested parties the possibility to exercise certain rights according to Art. 7. In detail, they have the right to know what personal data the owner holds about them and to be informed about the existence of data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to learn more details about these data, their origin, and the reason and purpose of their processing, as well as information about the owner and responsible of the processing and persons and categories of persons to whom these data may be communicated. The interested party has the right to verify, confirm and check their data, to correct and supplement it, to request that the data be deleted, blocked, and transformed into anonymous data if the processing violates legal provisions. They have the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their data, as well as request its deletion, blocking, transformation into anonymous data, and without justified reason, when data is used for the purpose of commercial information, sending advertising materials, direct sales, market, and opinion research.
