Our room rates are per person per day, including half-board consisting of a rich breakfast buffet and a 4-course dinner with a salad buffet. The local tax is charged separately and amounts to €3 per day, payable by all visitors aged 14 and over.

Dynamic pricing is subject to season and demand.

Child policy: A discount will be applied if the room is already occupied by 2 full-paying adults.

Dog policy: We charge €20 per day for your furry friend (without food). Pets are not allowed in all rooms for reasons of hygiene.

Charging stations for electric vehicles: Our parking lot has two charging stations for your electric car.

Check in / Check out

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Please inform us in advance by phone if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m.
Late check-out: Depending on availability, you may stay in the room until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure subject to a charge of €25 per person (max. €50 per room).

Deposit

To make your reservation binding, we request a deposit of 30 % of the total price or €300.00 per room. The payment can be effected via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer the following flexible cancellation conditions:

Cancellation is free of charge up to one month before arrival. Any deposit already paid will be credited for a later stay or refunded minus a processing fee of 40,- €.
For cancellations up to two weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations within two weeks before arrival, late arrival, or early departure, 70 % of the pension price, minus the deposit, will be charged as costs.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of any unforeseen events.
